This original tale is for dog lovers of every age. It follows Little Pup on the day of his boy’s first day of school. When the two part ways, Little Pup waits at the window hoping to catch a glimpse of his boy returning home. As he waits, he falls asleep and dreams up a special reunion of his own.
Little Pup is based on my own experience as a young child returning home to find my dog Ashby always curled up by the window in the same spot where I’d left him in the morning, waiting for me to return. I always wondered what he was doing or thinking in my absence, something all dog owners can surely relate to.
